Managing Scorecards

The Managing Scorecards features allow users to efficiently design, organize, and refine their scorecards within Scorport. With tools to edit, delete, fine-tune, and clone scorecards, you can customize them to meet your specific decision-making needs while maintaining flexibility across different strategies.

Features of Scorecard Management

1. Design Multiple Scorecards
  • Users can create several scorecards tailored to different decision scenarios or strategies.
  • Each scorecard is independent and can be structured according to your data and business requirements.

2. Edit Scorecards
  • Make modifications to existing scorecards to improve their performance or adapt to new data:
    • Adjust category weights.
    • Update criteria and their weights.
    • Modify attributes (bins) and their impacts.
3. Delete Scorecards
  • If a scorecard is no longer needed, you can delete it to free up space within your package limits.
  • Note: Deleted scorecards cannot be recovered, so ensure they are no longer in use.

4. Fine-Tune Scorecards
  • Use Scorport’s dynamic tools to fine-tune weights and impacts:
    • Adjust category, criteria, or attribute weights to improve scoring accuracy.
    • Reassess and recalibrate scoring logic based on updated data or new insights.
5. Clone Scorecards
  • Easily clone an existing scorecard to create a new version while retaining the original.
  • Cloning allows you to:
    • Test variations of a scorecard without altering the original.
    • Use multiple versions of the same scorecard for different strategies.
  • Example: Clone "Demographic Risk Scorecard v1" to create "Demographic Risk Scorecard v2" with slight adjustments.

6. Package Limitations
  • The number of scorecards you can create depends on your chosen package:
    • Free and lower-tier packages have a limited number of scorecards.
    • To create additional scorecards, you must upgrade your package to unlock higher limits.
  • Tip: Check the limits of your current package in the My Plans section.
