Decision Mapping

Mapping Decision Models to the Strategy

Mapping decision models to strategies is a key step in automating workflows in Scorport. Users can integrate Range Decisions, Matrix Decisions, and Decision Trees directly into their strategy flows, ensuring seamless decision-making processes.

Note: Regarding Decision Trees, these are created directly as part of the Strategy in the Strategy Designer.

Mapping Decision Models

Add a Decision element:

    • Navigate to the Strategy Designer.
    • Locate the connection point of the last workflow element where you want to add the Range Decision.
    • Right-click on the connection point and select Add Range Decision.
    • The Range Decision icon will appear at the specified point.

Key Notes

  • Range and Matrix Decisions can be dynamically adjusted within the Strategy Designer.
  • Decision models are reusable and can be updated or replaced without rebuilding the entire strategy.
  • Decision Trees are an integral part of the Strategy Designer and are created within the strategy workflow.

Benefits of Decision Mapping

  1. Seamless Integration:
    • Embed decision logic directly into workflows for streamlined automation.
  2. Dynamic Adjustments:
    • Modify cut-offs, ranges, and inputs easily to meet evolving requirements.
  3. Efficiency:
    • Automate decision-making processes across multiple scenarios within a single strategy.

Mapping decision models ensures that your workflows are intelligent, adaptable, and fully automated.
